Your Competition Is Spinning Your Crowd Away!

Here we are in the Heat, the Humidity, and the horror of your competition drawing your patrons, destroying your nights, burying your club.

I always ask Club Owners "why didn't you take any action to circumvent and deflate your competition's promotion? "   They almost constantly respond" We never thought it would affect us." Really?

Are you that out of touch with the dog eat dog mentality of this business, that you don't stay on top of what your competition is doing, how their doing it, when their doing it, and why they are doing it?  I mean The Wachowski Brothers filmed "Matrix Reloaded" and the next "Matrix" flick at the same time, because they knew they had their "MOJO" at optimum capacity and they had the foresight to position themselves for their Nov. Release of third 3rd Flick in the series.

My point is, you as a Club Owner, must do the same.   You can't operate by the seat of your pants, you have to think way ahead, and position your club to combat the ridiculous drink discounting, the moronic beer giveaways, who wants that crowd anyway? 

I have a simple straight ahead strategy, go for the competition's jugular, and suck the life out of their room.

Don't copy what they are doing, top it!
Don't rip off their packed night, steal it away.
I have never seen so many negative and pessimistic owners in this industry.  Why?   Because they are not honest with themselves, they refuse to accept reality and they don't understand how to counter their competition?  Everyone thinks owning a nightclub is so easy, everybody thinks promoting a nightclub is a walk in the park.

Club Promoters are your worst enemy, DJs are your biggest hassle, and bartenders and barmaids your major concern.  Either you run a straight up operation from top to bottom, or you face slow nights, cash shortage in the register, missing inventory, fights, the door money coming up wrong, on top of all these situations, your radio rep is not taking care of your account, your Manager is about as useful as Martha Stewart is right now.

And to top it all off, you're running a different business during the day and trying to micromanage your nightclub at night.  

I ask a simple question, Where is your Strategy?
Where is your Game Plan?
How can you run your nightclub using "the seat of your pants" mentality?
Why are dropping your cover charge?
Why are you giving drinks away?
Why are tolerating foul mouth, sloppy, no loyalty employees?

Either pick up the phone and call me right now at 1-941-921-7027 or find a good Shrink.....

The Shrink won't pack your club and make you money ( I will though) , but he may save your sanity.
