Keep putting off, Keep stalling, Keep
delaying, and keep making excuses for why your not packed and what you
need to do, to turn the tide........ Never, have I seen so many
Owners and Managers watch the numbers go down down down, and do nothing to
turn them around. Keep ignoring your competition and their packed
nights, and keep crying over your dead nights, and you may want to consult
the local vocational college for a new occupation.
Your still doing what you did a year
ago, and yet you can't see or realize that it's over, you have done
nothing to keep up, and stay ahead. You keep giving away cheap
drinks and free cover charge, and still are not doing enough business to
warrant even being open on these nights. The problem in this
industry is Owners don't move fast enough, don't respond quick enough, and
don't counter their competition hard enough.
The only reason your club is dead is
you. It's not your patrons fault that they chose not to frequent
you.
You give your beer and liquor away, you wave the cover charge, and that's
all you do, thinking that will attract patrons, when in fact all it
attracts are the pain in the tuchus kind of clubbers. Cheap, rude,
and trouble.
You are so desperate for business you
let 18 and up in, when all they want to do, is drink. Why even risk a
violation on your liquor license? Why bother with all that nonsense for
the cover charge they pay?
Times they are a changin in this
industry, and you either need to get with them or you will get behind
them. It's that old remark" we use to be packed, we use to be
the hottest club" keywords = use to.........
Every day I hear from frustrated
Owners who have no one to blame but themselves.
CANADIAN CLUBS ESPECIALLY ARE SLOW TO
GRASP THE TRENDS AND FADS.
They move at a snail's pace and lose
market share dramatically due to their lack of aggressiveness.
Now, either you decide right now, right here to take your club and pack it
every night your open, or you will suffer the fate of so many who no
longer have a club.
