ZERO NIGHTCLUB PROMOTIONS
An , Oklahoma Nightclub Horror Story!

Nightclub Promotions require a "VISION" a look at what can be and should be in your club, rather than what is presently being offered.  Here is a true story, no names are being used why pour salt on an open wound.

But this is a classic case of pure arrogance........................ We begin with a Two Partners in a Nightclub, who also have other businesses to run that they own during the day.

Their club is in Oklahoma of all States, but just like the discount kings of that area, "The Graham Bros. Crop," these two Nightclub Partners also give the liquor and beer away, I mean every night is cheap, free, discounted, giveaway night.  They offer zero promotions.

They called me seeking my help, but hey if your going to ask for it, you have to follow it.
I mean I can lead the horse to water, I can even get the horse to put it's mouth in the water, but from there, it's your turn.

What I mean is they destroyed this club.

They did absolutely nothing to create any kind of synergy let alone energy.

They made Richie's new TOP TWENTY Mistakes.

1. They advertised in local newspapers
2. They had nothing but beer specials
3. They had nothing but liquor specials
4. They relied on a DJ
5. They never ever had one night where patrons could participate or interact.
6. They took every liquor imaginable and discounted it
7. They had no game plan, no strategy, no path to follow
8. They hired all the wrong employees
9. They listened to all the wrong people
10. They both worked together in the operation
11. They waived a cover charge, and panic promoted to get at the most 50 patrons in the establishment at one time on any given night
12. They never ever reached out to different demographics within their local community.
13. They did nothing for any Charity.
14. They aligned with no local or regional sports teams
15. They never attempted to build up a Happy Hour and After Work Crowd.
16. They added no bells or whistles to make the venue inviting, and enticing.
17. They caused themselves to lose hundreds of thousands of dollars.
18. They never ever reached out and stood outside and took a real hard look at what they were doing and why it was failing.
19. They never ever trusted the right people
20. I doubt they will make it thru Thanksgiving, but hey, they have no one to blame but themselves. They should have listened to me...........................

If your ego has taken control of you and your about to enter the food and beverage industry and operate an establishment be it food and liquor or just liquor, I would urge you, I would use my best Tony Robbins encouragement to pick up the phone and call me.

Otherwise, remember this, sitting in front of a bar as a patron and standing behind that bar as an Owner is like comparing Howard Dean to a President of the Unite States. There is no comparison ...........
I have one last question to ask you, why would you open a nightclub and forget, fail to present, ignore the potential and not present "NIGHTCLUB PROMOTIONS"?

This is a very difficult and challenging industry and you either get the best to give you the best cash flow, or you just simply go......................

Now throw some cold water on your face, take a deep breathe, and call me !

Rich Unger at 1-941-921-7027 or just keep doing what your doing and be prepared for a "Last Night Open Party"............
