YOUR FIRST RESOLUTION, NO DRINK
SPECIALS!

Come on admit it, you can quit
smoking, lose weight and get rid of your bad habits faster than you can
stop drinks specials at your club! I
mean, it's a new Year, make a new pledge, to bring patrons into your Club
for the
FUN, and not the drink specials. Stop giving away your
profits, stop giving away your cover charge, STOP STOP STOP!
I mean when are you going to realize,
your club has become BORING. Your format is frayed, your atmosphere
is fine, you've invested enough money into Lights, Sound and Video, but
you have no FUN.
Your Patron Door Count is half of what it is. Your bar sales are
down as much as Ozzy Osbourne uses the "F Word".
I mean when do you wake up and
realize your losing your share of the market and your club is on a
collision course with failure? So many arrogant Owners, and stubborn
Owners who listen to everyone who they should be ignoring. You try
anything on a whim, and then kick yourself for being so foolish.
You "Panic Promote" and then you pay the ultimate price a
"dead night".
You sit in your club night after
night and wonder where you went wrong, what you did wrong, how you go to
this point? I can tell you in one simple word:
"YOU"......You chose to do what you did, you chose how you did
it and you chose when you did it.
Why, Why, Why, are you still giving
liquor and beer away, when you should be giving nothing away and packing
the house? I really am growing increasingly impatient with Owners
who are lazy, and lame, and refuse to do what they know is right, and
choose to do what they know darn well is dead wrong.
Let me repeat my Mantra,' GIVE
NOTHING AWAY AND PACK YOUR CLUB'.
