Ever wonder why a Nightclub or Restaurant Owner when
facing uncertain and difficult financial times, will listen to just about
anybody?
Rather than seek the "Best of the Best", these knuckle
head owners listen to everyone from the Clear Channel Radio Rep who spare me
the bleeding heart, just wants to keep the Client "on the air" , to the
"Patrons" to the "Staff"..........
What good is "hearsay" and what good is "non credible
input"?
Answer: It isn't !!!
It's worth zero.
You can't turn a club around and bring back "the
numbers" by hit and miss promoting. The
most important move you can make, is the moment you see the patron counts
sliding and the revenue sinking, seek the "Best of the Best."
Look at the Tampa Bay Bucs, fed up with 26 years of
losing, being humiliated and disgusted with fans covering their heads with
bags, they first brought in Tony Dungy who got the Defense done, and then
Jon Gruden to connect all the dots and bring Tampa Bay home a SUPERBOWL.
He did it in one year !
Why? Because he had a "GAME PLAN" a "STRATEGY" a
"VISION" and he executed it! Where is your game plan, strategy and vision?
It's not about giving away drinks and packing your
club, anybody can do that. But, meet my
challenge, pack your club, without giving anything away? Isn't it about time
you made some real money, rather than take in cash and hardly break even?
Isn't it time you stopped kowtowing to low life
patrons and slobs? Isn't it time you brought WOMEN back to your club? Isn't
it time you had record revenue nights? Isn't it time you reinvented your
