IF YOUR CLUB OR RESTAURANT IS DEAD, IT'S ALL YOUR FAULT!

Yes, the Nightclub and Restaurant way of life as we all know it changed Sept.11th, but if your club or restaurant is dead it's all your fault.

Because beer sales are up, wine sales are up, CD Sales are up, food and beverage patrons are going on and they want to enjoy their experience.  The problem is many operators are missing the boat, and totaling ignoring the change in our society.  People want to escape from the terror and their troubles.

But too many operators are totally oblivious to the needs of their patrons.  Let me make this as simple as I can, " THEY WANT TO HAVE FUN".  Now instead of cutting back on your advertising and reducing your payroll and shorting your food and beverage orders, you should be doing just the opposite.  If your not going out to get your club your restaurant packed every night, then why are you even open?  If your not giving your patrons new and improved reasons to frequent your establishment, than why are you even open?

If your not planning and promoting fresh new concepts and dishes, then why are you even open?  Stop operating in a fear mode, and start opening in a fun mode.  Your staff and patrons can smell panic, if your club or restaurant is simply drifting, then call me at 941-921-7027 and let me put you on the paths to profit and packed rooms.  As this year comes to a close, and none too soon, it is apparent many operators will not do the numbers they did in the past.

But I don't blame the terrorists, I don't blame the World's uncertain course, people don't care about any of these matters, when they seek food and beverage refuge.  It's incumbent upon every Food and Beverage Operator to go beyond the daily grind to present exciting and enthralling events, concepts and promotions.
Stop charging so much when you could easily reduce your prices and make up the discount in volume.
When times are trying, people turn to food, beverage, music and fun.

Why give them two out of four?

Why encourage them to go elsewhere for what you simply are too lazy or too complacent to offer them?  I read the Friday Entertainment Sections of dozens of daily newspapers, and the ads are pathetic. Karaoke, Trivia, dance contests, same old offerings and then they wonder why nobody comes to their restaurant or club..... SO many one trick ponies, and so few innovative and instantaneous promotions that draw and lure them in.......I say if your not doing the numbers, your not doing it right, and when your restaurant or club is dead, remember this, your competition is packed.

If you want to get off your rear end and make it happen call me, otherwise when you put up the "Closed for Renovations" sign, trust me, they know your done.....
