opposite sex.
They want to dance, why do bars offer live

NEW avenues of income, streams of cash, that you either were resistant to
before, have not considered or didn't know existed.
It does not pay to open seven days a week, if,
if it is costing you more to open then you generate in revenue,
focus as I do on four POWER NIGHTS, Wednesday,
Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Your Bar goes through the motions every day
your open, but what about the "MONSTER" Nights?
When your wall to wall with quality patrons
and more Women then Men?
No "IT FACTOR" means no "HIT NIGHTS".
Even a Senior Managing Director for "Southern
Wine & Spirits" says of the current economic challenges of surviving and
thriving, " In my opinion, go back to the roots, which is Promotion,
Promotion, Promotion".
I have said this and packed Bars, Clubs,
Lounges, Sports Bars, Taverns, Hotel bars, Resort bars, Restaurants that
at night are Night Life Adventures for the last 30 years.
My strategy is to stay ahead of the pack,
create, design, formulate and migrate the fashion, the music, the styles,
the trends, the latest rage, the media darlings, the sophisticated and
edgy all into women drawing, Spender attracting Nights. YES there's a
price war going on, yes bars are giving away their liquor and beer, but
no, you do not have to.
NO you should not resort to such "panic
promoting".
All it takes is the "IT FACTOR", which are
innovative, new, creative ways of formatting your Happy Hours, your Early
Evening Hours and your Party Hours. Success is best, when it's your bar
that is succeeding above and beyond all others.

STOP GIVING AWAY YOUR COVER CHARGE, IF
YOU ARE FORTUNATE ENOUGH TO STILL CHARGE ONE AND HAVE PATRONS PAY IT.
YOU ARE IN NO ECONOMIC SITUATION RIGHT
NOW TO BE HANDING OUT MAINSTREAM SOURCES OF INCOME TO OUTSIDERS THAT YOU

Years ago, when Michael Jackson released the album Off the Wall,
I owned a Florida nightclub.
We had a full-time DJ who spun records from a booth 10 feet above the
dance floor.
One night our DJ called in sick, the club was packed and we could not
find another DJ. I, with no DJ experience, climbed up into the booth and
reached into the hundreds of albums for Off the Wall.
I let the entire album play through, and the dance floor was packed
from the first to the last song as both sides of the album played.
Song after song was electrifying, mesmerizing, and no one left the
dance floor. It was the only album that could create such music magic.
No other artist, before or after him, has generated a sound, a beat,
a rhythm, a universal energy that appealed to everyone. Jackson was a
one-of-a-kind musical icon.
